1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the epwin7 platform available at epwin7.lat ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with epwin7's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account or participate in any game, promotion, or service offered by epwin7.

These Terms govern the relationship between epwin7 ("the Operator," "we," "us," "our") and all Users. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By registering an account on epwin7, you represent and warrant that:

Where a User is found to be under the age of 21, all funds will be returned and the account permanently closed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of epwin7 services, you must register a single personal account. Each User is permitted one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Verification Requirements

epwin7 may, at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, address, or ownership of payment methods used on the Platform. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued Philippine identification card, a selfie with the identification document, proof of address, and screenshots or records of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by epwin7 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions.

3.3 Registered Mobile Number

Your registered Philippine mobile number serves as a primary identifier and recovery mechanism for your epwin7 account. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered mobile number remains current and accessible to you. epwin7 is not responsible for any loss of account access resulting from your failure to maintain an accurate registered mobile number.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your epwin7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes ("Account Credentials"). You agree to:

• Keep your Account Credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account;
• Notify epwin7 immediately via Live Chat or the support email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

epwin7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account Credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified epwin7 of unauthorized access prior to such activity.

5. Deposits & Payments

epwin7 accepts deposits through GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Deposit Processing

6. Withdrawals & Cashouts

epwin7 processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are typically processed within 1–24 hours, subject to banking system availability.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum single withdrawal limit applies to GCash and Maya under standard account conditions, though epwin7 reserves the right to apply verification procedures for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must be fully verified prior to processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the epwin7 account;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon explicit claim, as specified per promotion;

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epwin7 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner designed to abuse bonus or cashback systems;

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by epwin7

epwin7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and withhold any balance pending investigation, if epwin7 reasonably suspects that the User has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• Failed to complete required identity or age verification;
• Conducted transactions in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Created multiple accounts or shared an account with a third party.

Where a balance is withheld pending investigation, epwin7 will notify the User and conduct the investigation as promptly as reasonably practicable. If the investigation concludes in the User's favor, the balance will be released. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request the closure of your epwin7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, epwin7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in gambling activities;

epwin7's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. epwin7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the epwin7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of epwin7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of epwin7.

Game content on the epwin7 Platform — including game engines, artwork, sound effects, and return-to-player mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to epwin7 for use on the Platform. All rights in such content remain with the respective game providers.

14. Amendments to Terms

epwin7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, epwin7 will notify Users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date of posting unless a later effective date is specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the epwin7 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact epwin7's support team to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
